Next week we will sail from the Seychelles to Madagascar.
After more than 8 months in the Seychelles, we are slowly but surely heading back to Madagascar. We are trying to set sail in the middle of next week with a good weather window. We will spend the first 3-4 days on the high seas and then anchor in the Cosmoledo Atoll. These islands are about 70 nautical miles south-west of the Aldabra Atoll, known for its turtles. Cosmoledo is famous for its giant travellys (thickhead mackerel) and offers fascinating diving sites. From there, if the weather is good, we will continue to Hellville on Nosy Be.
We will then sail from island to island in the north of Madagascar until mid-September. There is a lot to explore and the beaches are perfect for sunbathing and the sea is perfect for diving.
But now it's time to say goodbye to the Seychelles. To many dear friends, to a fantastic island world, picture-perfect sunsets, a rich marine life and crystal-clear water.
It was a lovely and relaxing time and we can close another beautiful chapter on our trip. We will upload the second, announced blog post after our trip. Until then, you will have to be patient a little longer.
Orevwar, Mersi....... Seychelles we'll be back!
